Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
If the product is ready to be shipped the same day, if the order is submitted by 14:00 noon, otherwise the next working day.
H GONIA MAS will notify you by email that the product is ready for shipment and will send you the no. voucher so you can track the progress until delivery.
-Greece: The products will be sent to you through the EASYMAIL network.
With exceptions (special orders and handmade constructions) you will receive it in 2-4 days, while in the above cases 5-7 days.
Shipping Costs
– Heraklion city: shipping for shipments within the city of Heraklion is free for purchases over 35€. For purchases less than € 35there is a single charge of € 2.50 (excluding bulky or heavy parcels).
-Greece and Outside of Heraklion: shipping for shipments within Greece and up to 3kg is free for purchases over 60 €. For purchases less than 60 € and up to 3kg there is a single charge of 3.50 € and 1.00 € for each extra kilo.
COD: COD costs are € 1.50.
