TERMS OF RETURNS – CHANGES
In case the customer for any reason wishes to change the purchased products:
- Has the right to do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier company.
- Prior to this he should have informed by sending an email to igoniamas2005@gmail.com
- Products must be returned in their original packaging without being used beyond their original test.
- The return must be accompanied by the purchase document.
- Once the refund is made, the customer is credited against a futures purchase, no refund is made.
- Products that have either been converted or are special orders, according to the customer’s wishes, will not be returned.
- The return costs are borne by the customer, if he chooses a different carrier for the return than the one chosen by goniamas.gr.
- Return costs are borne by goniamas.gr if the product is proven to be defective* or different from what the customer has chosen from the e-shop.
* Proven to be defective means that any damage has not come from misuse by the customer.
WITHDRAWAL-CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Withdrawal of the customer and cancellation of the order can be done ONLY in case that although the order has been completed, its electronic payment has not been completed.
In this case the customer can contact us in order to cancel the order.
